Infrared Sauna FAQs

  • An infrared sauna uses gentle radiant heat to warm your body directly rather than heating the air around you, creating a comfortable and relaxing environment that encourages deep sweating without the intense heat of a traditional sauna.

You may experience increased sweating, relaxation, and muscle relief. These are normal responses to infrared heat. Regular infrared sauna use may help support muscle recovery, circulation, relaxation, detoxification, and overall wellbeing.

To get the most out of your session:

    • Use the provided disposable sauna seat cover as a barrier

    • Wear loose clothing or active wear (Mandatory)

    • Exit the sauna if you feel dizzy, lightheaded, or uncomfortable

    • Please do not interrupt instructors during classes!
