  • "First of all, I am BEYOND ecstatic that Kiara opened up this studio in our little town of Montebello. We needed something like this DESPERATELY and we finally have it! When I passed by and saw it i thought OMG I've been wanting to try Pilates since FOREVER! So I quickly looked it up and booked my appointment. I havent worked out in a studio or group setting in over 2 years when I would kick box and so I was a bit nervous. I had NEVER tried reformer pilates, just mat pilates and I was unsure. As soon as you get in you notice the studio is small but intimate. Kiara greeted me right away and asked me if I had ever done pilates before and I told her no. She made sure during class to watch to make sure i was doing it correctly and would help me if needed. The first 25 min of class is A BEAST. I was shaking using muscles I havent used in over 2 years. The last 25 min is my fav because you're doing more stretching after the intense burn and it feels so good! I decided to buy some classes and I'm so excited to be on this pilates journey!!!!!!"

I was a little intimidated at first since I hadn't done Pilates in over a decade and thought I might feel awkward or out of place, but Kiara immediately made me feel welcome. By my second class she already knew my name, which really shows how much she cares about creating a supportive environment. She's great at guiding people of all levels and makes sure you're doing the movements correctly without ever making anyone feel uncomfortable. The vibe in the studio is also great--the music in the background keeps the energy up, and the 50 minutes honestly fly by, even after a long day at work."
